Warranty Coverage
Your product is covered under warranty when all the following conditions are met:
- Purchased directly from the official iScooter store
- Within the valid warranty period (see details below)
- Issue caused by a manufacturing defect or product fault
- Warranty information matches the product
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions
- Accessories and separately purchased parts
- Water damage beyond light rain or shallow puddles
- Use of non-original parts or unauthorised repairs/modifications
- Damage from accidents (e.g. overloading, overspeeding)
- Cosmetic damage (paint finish, scratches, etc.)
- Performance variations due to terrain, weather, or rider weight
- Free product replacement is not included in the warranty

Extended Warranty Notice
Please note: The Extended Warranty refers to an extension of after-sales support and repair services, not an extension of the return or exchange period.
This extended coverage includes:
- Diagnosis of product issues
- Paid repairs after the standard warranty period

Customer support for troubleshooting and part replacements (Replacement parts must be purchased at the customer's own expense, we will assist you in obtaining the required parts)
- Warranty service for selected free gifts (if specified)
If you've purchased an extended warranty or received an eligible free gift with extended coverage, please retain your proof of purchase. Extended warranty terms will apply only if explicitly stated and confirmed in your order.
