Delivery Information

   

Electric Scooters

Enjoy FREE UK delivery on all electric scooters, orders are processed within 0–1 working day, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–6 working days.
Total delivery time: 3–7 working days.


Off-Road Electric Scooters

Get your off-road e-scooter delivered straight to your door with our complimentary express truck service, orders are processed within 0–1 working day, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–6 working days.
Total delivery time: 3–7 working days.


Accessories

Accessories are delivered FREE of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 working days.

Please note: Accessories (such as helmets or seats) may be shipped separately from scooters or hoverboards, as they are dispatched from different warehouses.

 

Shipping Insurance

We take full responsibility for your parcel while it is in transit. Once your order has been successfully delivered, shipping insurance will no longer apply.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returns or cancellations.

 

Signed Deliveries

All electric scooters and hoverboards are shipped via trusted couriers. A signature is required upon delivery, which can be provided by you, a household member, or a neighbour.

 

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

  • The courier will contact you or leave a card to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Returned items will be restocked and your account will be credited. You will need to place a new order for redelivery.

 

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided at the time of order.

If you notice an error, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
