Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

At iScooter, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

 

Free Returns Within 30 Days

We offer free returns on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. 

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original accessories (charger, keys, tools, etc.)
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Have less than 10 km on the display (for e-scooters/e-bikes)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Have a return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

 

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@iscooter.co.uk to request a return
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back

Returns without an approved label may be rejected at your cost.

 

Return Shipping

  • If you arrange your own return, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide tracking details
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

 

Faulty or Quality Issues

Within 30 Days

  • Free return or replacement
  • Missing or defective parts replaced free of charge

After 30 Days

  • Paid repair service applies
  • Partial compensation may be offered for minor issues

After 180 Days

  • No returns or refunds
  • Repair or replacement options only

 

Restocking Fees

The following fees apply to non-quality-related returns:

  • Unopened e-scooters: 15% fee
  • Opened products: 25% fee

Shipping costs, duties, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories & spare parts

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Processing time: within 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing may take additional time

Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use or damage.

 

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping (within 24h)

  • Full refund (minus 8% processing fee)

After Shipping

  • Must refuse delivery
  • Refund issued minus:
    • Shipping fees
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Additional charges (if applicable)

 

Important Notes

  • Incorrect address or refused delivery: customer bears all shipping costs
  • Logistics delays are not grounds for cancellation
  • Discount codes are non-refundable once used
  • Price differences are not refunded

 

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos of damage

We will offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Compensation
  • Replacement (if severe damage)
